1. Who Can Return Items
Personalized Items
Because we customize each product just for you, we only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect—like the wrong size or design.
Non-Personalized Items
If your item isn’t customized, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these simple steps:

Email support@giftspirit.in with your order number and a short message explaining the issue.

If something arrived damaged, attach clear photos of the product and its packaging.

After we review your request, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Rules
Before sending anything back, please make sure:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and still in the original packaging.

Items that are washed, used, or altered can’t be returned.
4. How Refunds Work
After we receive and check the returned item:

We issue your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to show up.

Note: Shipping charges aren’t refundable.
5. Exchanges Made Easy
Need a different size or design?

If we made a mistake, we’ll pay for the shipping.

For other reasons, customers cover return shipping costs.
6. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Let us know within 3 days of delivery.

We’ll quickly send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
7. Cancellation Policy
We start making your order soon after it’s placed. Because of that:

You can’t cancel once production begins.
